The RoleThis role represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join the team in Portsmouth. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring all transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently
- Communicating effectively with clients, providing regular updates, and setting realistic expectations
- Contributing to the development and success of the Residential Conveyancing team through knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Supporting the firm's compliance standards, including adherence to Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules and firm policies
- Utilising case management software to efficiently handle caseloads and maintain accurate records
- Assisting in marketing and business development initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation
