A leading law firm is looking for a Family Solicitor to join their team in Portsmouth!

In this role, you'll manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements.

You'll work closely with clients, providing advice and guidance through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or virtual consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of family law, including matrimonial, divorce, and children matters.
  • Draft legal documents such as divorce petitions and financial settlement agreements.
  • Attend court when required and instruct Counsel and Mediators.
  • Manage client relationships and billing, ensuring clarity on fees and costs.
  • Proactively market the department to attract new clients and grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships.
