- Managing the complete project lifecycle, from planning and developing the project, to the implementation and delivery stage
- Overseeing any potential changes to the project, ensuring these are encorporated smoothly and are aligned with both budgets and timescales/deadlines
- Ensuring that resources are attained and are in place for the project, from liaising with human resources and operations, to implementing IT infrastructure, bringing together the service delivery team to strengthen links across the project
- Building strong relationships with and coordinating external and internal stakeholders alongside gathering requirements for the project, and gathering input to develop the project framework
- Creating reports and time sensitive updates regarding the project development, highlighting any variances from the original plan in both budgets, resources and time scales, ensuring these variances are investigated, that effective solutions are in place and making sure there is an audit trail covering all changes
