Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist fee earners with managing the conveyancing process from file opening to post-completion.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, providing updates to clients, estate agents, and other parties.
  • Prepare legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and financial statements, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct title searches to verify legal ownership and identify potential issues.
  • Handle communications with the Land Registry to ensure timely filing and completion of registrations.
  • Manage financial documents related to property transactions, including invoices and statements.
  • Maintain accurate case files, ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous conveyancing experience (preferred) and ability to manage workloads and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and legal compliance.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Confidence using case management systems and MS Office for document preparation and file management.
