- Prepare legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and financial statements, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct title searches to verify legal ownership and identify potential issues.
- Handle communications with the Land Registry to ensure timely filing and completion of registrations.
- Manage financial documents related to property transactions, including invoices and statements.
- Maintain accurate case files, ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
- Previous conveyancing experience (preferred) and ability to manage workloads and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and legal compliance.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
- Confidence using case management systems and MS Office for document preparation and file management.
