- Handle calls from clients, solicitors, and agents, providing quotes and taking instructions.
- Open files and carry out necessary ID and Money Laundering checks.
- Obtain redemption figures, title documentation, and prepare contract documentation.
- Apply for searches and report on findings, addressing additional enquiries as required.
- Assist with mortgage reporting, exchange of contracts, and post-exchange administration.
- Maintain diaries, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with all processes.
- Type correspondence, manage case files using the Case Management system, and ensure professional communication with clients.
- Experience in conveyancing preferred, though a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT and case management software.
