Description

The Real Estate Paralegals responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting solicitors in handling residential conveyancing matters from the beginning to completion.
  • Drafting and reviewing property related documents.
  • Communicating with clients, other solicitors and third parties.
  • Conducting property searches.
  • Updating case records.

Profile

The successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:

  • Conveyancing paralegal experience.
  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Ideally experience with New Homes.
