We are currently looking to recruit an Appointed Person/Lift Supervisor who is looking to step up into a Lifting Operations Manager role.
The Contract Lift Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, including client acquisition and relationship building.
They will also oversee contract lifting operations, including coordinating with with the lifting team, Lorry Loaders, Mobile & Crawler cranes and ensuring safe and efficient lift operations are provided to clients.
The Sales & Contract Lift Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Proven experience within the lifting operations and road transport sector (including field experience)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of contract lifting regulations and best practices
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well under pressure.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations
Current CPCS Appointed Person (Lifting Operations)
Current CPCS Lift Supervisor & Slinger/Signaller
CAD proficient
