Distribution Coordinator

Wild Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a very well known client in their search for a Distribution Coordinator to join their team.

In this role you will work in a close knit team so you will need to be a team player and work on your own initiative.

Duties to include:

• Managing the Export process from start through to completion
• Processing sales orders
• Keep customers up to date on shipments through email and over the phone
• Keep records up to date on the systems
• Liaise with third parties including shipping lines and hauliers
• Complete Customs declarations
• Deal with general enquiries from customers and internal departments

Ideally you will:

• Have experience working in a similar role within shipping, distribution, customs or exports
• Be a confident communicator
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Be able to manage a busy work load and tight deadlines
