What Youll Do:
- Work with the supply chain team to align production schedules with material availability.
- Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
- Keep inventory levels balanced and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with procurement to address material shortages.
- Lead improvements in logistics processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and warehouses.
- Report on performance and address any operational challenges.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 5+ or equivalent.
- CPIM and/or CLTD certifications are a plus.
