We are looking for an experience Programme Manager with experience of Vehicle and Transportation planning. This is for an initial 3 month contract based inb Portsmouth.

£400 per day (inside IR35 via an umbrella company)

3 months

Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Portsmouth; 3 days remote working

The Programme Manager will report into the Transport Planning Manager and will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (EVI) work programme working directly to the Programme Director (Transport Planning Manager).

Essential skills/experience Required:

  • Trained in Project / Programme Management Methodology (PRINCE 2, PMP, RMP, APM, MSP or other)
  • 5+ years in managing large scale / complex projects and programmes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial reporting.
  • Strong Planning and project / programme control skills.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, people management and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Results driven.
  • Proficient in using MS Project, or similar planning tools.
