About the Role We are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling various enquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. No two days will be the same, and you will play a key role in maintaining and growing business relationships.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client management
  • Assisting customers with enquiries via email & phone
  • Managing business customer relationships and strengthening key accounts
  • Handling enquiries from start to finish and providing tailored solutions
  • Resolving complaints where required and ensuring a positive outcome
  • Liaising with third parties & internal teams to support client needs
  • Completing high volumes of administrative tasks related to account coordination
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Coordinator role or telephone-based customer service/call centre experience
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent multitasking and organisational abilities
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
