Process Manager
Toro Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Process Manager to join an innovative engineering services provider within the water sector. This exciting opportunity involves leading the design, optimisation, and implementation of wastewater treatment processes, contributing to impactful projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of wastewater treatment processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Perform detailed process simulations and designs to optimise treatment solutions.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess project feasibility and identify the best solutions.

Support the development and execution of laboratory experiments and pilot studies to validate proposed designs.

Prepare standard deliverables such as P&IDs, control philosophies, outline drawings, and HAZOP reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Wastewater Engineering (or a related discipline).

Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (preferred) and membership in a relevant professional institution.

Proven experience in wastewater process design and optimisation.

Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies and process-related standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
