Are you a facilities manager with a background in electrical engineering?

In this role you will be an essential part of the strategic maintenance team. You will be responsible for management of statutory, reactive and planned preventive maintenance and testing of electrical elements across the Estate, as well as contract management of delegated maintenance contracts and minor projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a facilities manager where you have lead a team and have a background in electrical engineering.

The Role:

*Leading a small team

*Being point of contact for contractors
*Day to day management of operations of the site within facilities management
*Management of statutory, reactive and planned preventive maintenance and testing of electrical elements across the Estate
*Contract management of delegated maintenance contracts and minor projects

The Person:

*Experience in a facilities management role

*Electrical engineering background.

*Hold an electrical qualification.
