Our client is seeking highly skilled Facade Site Managers to join their team! With 5 immediate vacancies available, this is your chance to work on exciting projects across country working from our Head Office in Portsmouth with national travel. Candidates with a commuting distance to our office and flexibility to work on the south coast in 2026 are also encouraged to apply.
Position Highlights:
- Role: Site Manager and/or Quality Control Manager
- Vacancies: 5 (Immediate Start)
- Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Site supervision and technical knowledge in cladding and fire remediation
- Managing on-site safety
- Leading teams effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Logistical and time management skills
- Competence in technical tools and software
- Financial awareness and cost control
- Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations
- Supervising technical work on-site
- Ensuring quality control at the workface
- Compiling and managing all QA activities
- Collaborating with stakeholders on all quality matters
Salary Band: 40,000 - 55,000 per annum

Based out of our head office in Portsmouth with projects throughout the country including
- Bristol
- Birmingham
- Leeds
- Nottingham
