The Role

Due to the continual success and growth of the division we are looking for an ambitious, tenacious, and hard-working individual to join us as a Research Associate, providing research support and market insights to deliver on high profile search mandates.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Consultants to provide research support for live retained mandates and other market-mapping projects.
  • Track progress and record data with a view to creating an overarching database and talent pool.
  • Support revenue generators through shortlisting and candidate profiling.
  • Present progress / update reports to stakeholders in both qualitative and quantitative reporting.
  • Engage proactively with prospective candidates through specific head-hunting techniques.
  • Following initial candidate screening, lead on all candidate engagement and relationship management.
  • Proactively expand your market knowledge through events attendance, access to all leading market literature and an unrivalled team of consultants who have first-rate market knowledge.
