A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent to join a highly successful agency in the Portsmouth branch.
Package :
Basic Salary - £24,000 (OTE £35,000 - £45,000)
Competitive Commission Structure
A company car or car allowance

Responsibilities :
Successfully list a targeted number of properties
Advise and help vendors to achieve the best price for their home
Build and maintain relationships with each and every vendor
Work closely with the sales team to devise the best strategy for identifying potential purchasers
Deputise for the Branch Manager by holding morning meetings and having one to one sessions with staff
The Person :
A proven track record at converting valuations into instructions
An ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, making them feel comfortable and buy in to you as a person
Drive and determination as well as a get up and go attitude
Able to follow and implement the companies core values
A full UK driving licence
