Aerospace Tooling Design Engineer.

Our Aerospace client based in the south of England required an Aerospace Jig and Tooling Design Engineer on a contract basis. Candidates will be working on a variety of tooling design activities covering both Composite and Metallic manufacturing and production tooling for wing structures, skins, ribs, control surfaces etc..

This activity is scheduled for 1 years activity and could be spread across Defence and Civil aero structures projects. Candidates must be prepared to undergo BPSS Security clearance vetting.
  • CATIA V5 CAD.
  • Experience in Aerospace Tooling Design.
  • Composite Mould tools and Assembly tooling.
  • Good Team working skills.
This role will be offered on a contract basis inside IR35 regulations and paid PAYE through Strongfield Consultants. There is s requirement to be onsite 4 days per week. Flexibility to work hours and overtime to suit weekly commuting where needed.
