Mechanical Engineer

The Best Connection are recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer within the Portsmouth area, who will be predominantly office-based but will also involve product testing and fixing on the shop floor.

Duties to include, but not limited to;

• Fitting and fixing any issues that arise
• Participating in meetings with seniors, clients and suppliers
• Selecting materials for production
• CAD design
• Ensuring quality standards
• Creating formatting and data sheets

Requirements:

• Experience within the composites or automotive fields desirable
• CAD Design experience
• Degree desirable & mechanical / aerospace engineering preferred
• Looking for a long-term role that offers progression

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am & 5pm.

The annual salary is £30,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience.
