Refrigeration Engineer (Improver / Mate/ Trainee)

My client who is a leading Mechanical Contractor and Building Services provider is looking to recruit a Refrigeration Engineer (Improver / Mate) to support its current Engineers and develop you and your skills to become a Refrigeration Engineer.
The role:
As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Engineers in carrying out maintenance, service, repair, and technical troubleshooting, involving the diagnosis of electrical and mechanical system problems, on large commercial refrigeration systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the Service, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of refrigerating, air conditioning, and process plant.
- Liaise with customers to ensure work is being carried out to their satisfaction and to identify future potential business.
- Support with the on-site electrical and mechanical diagnostic checks.
- Ensure that the Company's technical and safety standards are maintained in accordance with Health & Safety Practices as outlined in the Company Health and Safety procedures and to make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Skills:
- C&G F-Gas 2079 and Safe Handling of Ammonia Certification
Benefits:
Up to 27k salary (dependent upon experience)
