- Managing a portfolio of accounts.

- Taking ownership or account issues, ensuring they are resolved by liaising with other departments internally.
- Generate new business opportunities, working towards sales targets.
- Attend meetings/appointments with clients.

- Using in-house systems - including SalesForce.
- Provide Project Management support where necessary.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Be organised and able to carry a heavy workload.
- Proof of strong professional relationships previously built.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Knowledge of SalesForce, or similar programs used.
- Previous successful Sales experience.
- Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Will have excellent attention to detail.
