Wild Recruitment are looking for 7.5T drivers for a national company that delivers to customers home. Our client delivers home furniture and white goods and they have contracts with national companies.
As a Home Delivery Driver, you will be working with a drivers mate to complete routes and deliveries across the Hampshire region.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering customer products with your colleague, ensuring packaging and product is free from damage.
- Daily vehicle walk round checks.
- Delivering orders to the customers room of choice in their property.
- Assemble and/or install customer products if requested (full training for installation services is provided).
- Calling customers ahead of delivery to give them ETA
- Resolve any customer questions or concerns as they may arise.
For this Home Delivery Driver position, you are required to:
- Hold a full UK driving licence with category C1
- Hold a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Be physically fit and able to lift heavy products
- Excellent customer service skills
The hours for this role is Monday - Saturday on a 4 day rota system, working 45 hours a week minimum.
