We pride ourselves on our exceptional team of professionals who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those we care for.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Band 6 Complex Care Nurse to join our dynamic team at Sirona Medical. The ideal candidate will have advanced clinical skills and be committed to providing exceptional care to patients with complex medical needs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs
  • Perform PEG feeding procedures
  • Manage tracheostomy care
  • Conduct cannulations
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate team members
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Educate patients and their families on care plans and ongoing treatments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration
  • Proven experience in PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and cannulation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle (preferred but not essential)
