AdministratorSalary:£26500- £26250Location: Portsmouth Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established facilities and maintenance businessDue to growth our client is looking for an Administrator to join their materials team . As an Administrator you will be responsible for the following   
  • Assist the Materials manager to manage the day-to-day deliveries and collections of materials and equipment hire to ensure materials and equipment are received and collected when requested.
  • You will organise and schedule the delivery drivers’ time and activities.
  • You will monitor materials/equipment & van stock orders to identify potential issues before they happen, own these issues through to resolution.
  • You will allocate stock effectively
  • When issues/queries are identified escalate to your line manager/supervisor to ensure it gets acted upon and resolved.
  • Assist the Materials Store person with administrative duties including compliance and ensuring registers are logged and all safety checks are completed
  • Assist with the administration of the vehicle tracking system.
As an Administrator you will have / be
  • Have previous experience within an admin focused / coordination role previously
  • A professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Have a clear and concise approach to verbal communication, able to use the phone to communicate
  • Have good computer skills in MS Office and be comfortable in using job management systems.
  • Be able to self-manage and be self-motivated and have a desire to solve problems and eliminate waste.
  • Be flexible in your working hours to be able to support the delivery of the service; be reliable and dependable.
  • Proactive in identifying your development needs and doing something to overcome them.
  • Previous experience within . Supply chain , logistics , stock management , materials , or scheduling would be desirable
