Job Type: Temp to Perm, Part-Time 

Working Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm (2 days per week initially)

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients on a temp to perm basis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a small office environment and will be part of a friendly and down-to-earth team. This part-time role offers the potential to transition into a permanent position with a possible increase to 3 days per week over time, also to increase hours to cover any staff absence / annual leave. 

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and organise office systems, including managing supplies.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Provide assistance to team members and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an Office Administrator role.
  • Familiarity with Sage software would be desirable. 
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
