Job Type: Temp to Perm, Part-TimeÂ
Working Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm (2 days per week initially)
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients on a temp to perm basis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a small office environment and will be part of a friendly and down-to-earth team. This part-time role offers the potential to transition into a permanent position with a possible increase to 3 days per week over time, also to increase hours to cover any staff absence / annual leave.Â
Day to Day of the Role:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and organise office systems, including managing supplies.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Provide assistance to team members and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
- Ensure the office operates smoothly on a daily basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Office Administrator role.
- Familiarity with Sage software would be desirable.Â
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
