Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors for day-to-day, long-term, and permanent positions in well-established schools within Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a positive impact on students' education.

Position Details:

Position: Cover Supervisor
Type of Work: Day-to-day, Long-term, Permanent
Pay Rate: 100.00 to 160.00 per day
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers
Ensure a positive learning environment
Follow the school's policies and procedures
Support students with their learning and manage classroom behaviour

Experience and Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar role or transferable skills from previous positions
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage a classroom effectively
Up-to-date Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete training)

Eligibility:

Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application
Provide two professional child-related references
