Description
- Help lead the Technical function - report into the Head of Technical
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Be involved in the auditing process - whether that be internally or when retailers come on site.
Profile
A successful Technical Manager should have:
- Degree in Food (preferred)
- HACCP Level 4
- BRC experience
- Retailer experience
- Food Safety Level 4
