Position: KS1 TeacherLocation: PortsmouthStart Date: Immediate / After February Half Term Contract Type: Daily supply (Could lead to longer term placements) Salary: £130 - £200 dependant on pay scale and contract type Education and training
KS1 Teacher responsibilities & requirements:
- Deliver engaging, pre-planned and creative lessons that meet the needs of all students in KS1.
- Providing feedback and support to help them achieve their best throughout the day.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching at the primary level.
- A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to deliver it effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
- Ability to commute into Portsmouth if you are not based there.
- Ideally be available a minimum of 3 days per week for supply cover.
