Day-to-day of the role:
- Create a positive learning environment where children feel safe and secure.
- Inspire and motivate children to be independent thinkers through your passion for learning.
- Promote exceptionally high standards in children’s achievements and behaviours.
- Plan and deliver well-structured learning experiences based on assessment for learning.
- Adapt teaching and learning to be fully inclusive of all children, meeting their individual needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, children, and parents.
- Ensure a thorough understanding and implementation of safeguarding practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in primary education, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Passion for teaching and a dedication to student outcomes.
