Our client based in the Cosham area is looking to recruit an experienced Quality Inspector, ideally with an electronics background.

Hours:

  • 38.75 basic per week, 7am - 4.45pm (Monday to Thursday) 7am - 12.30pm (Friday)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting regular inspections of products and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Identifying defects and coordinating necessary corrective actions with production teams
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of inspections, findings, and corrective measures
  • Collaborating with engineering and production teams to develop and implement quality control processes
  • Monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the production environment
  • Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to management regarding quality issues
  • Ensuring proper use and maintenance of quality control equipment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in quality control engineering within the manufacturing sector
  • Understanding of quality control techniques and industry standards
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
