Our client in the Cosham area is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector with a background in electronics.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control engineering within the manufacturing sector.
The role offers a salary of £30,000 per year and involves 38.75 hours of work per week.
Key responsibilities include conducting product inspections, identifying defects, and collaborating with production teams.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and relevant qualifications in quality control or engineering.

Our client based in the Cosham area is looking to recruit an experienced Quality Inspector, ideally with an electronics background.

Hours:

38.75 basic per week, 7am - 4.45pm (Monday to Thursday) 7am - 12.30pm (Friday)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting regular inspections of products and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards
Identifying defects and coordinating necessary corrective actions with production teams
Maintaining detailed documentation of inspections, findings, and corrective measures
Collaborating with engineering and production teams to develop and implement quality control processes
Monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the production environment
Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
Providing feedback and recommendations to management regarding quality issues
Ensuring proper use and maintenance of quality control equipment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in quality control engineering within the manufacturing sector
Understanding of quality control techniques and industry standards
Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines to maintain high-quality standards
Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality control or engineering
