Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: Up to 15.50 per hour DOE plus overtime

Hours: 40 hours per week (Apply online only) Monday to Friday - Paid lunch

The Role

A role has become available for a Quality/FAIRs Inspector within a well-established F1 business based in Portsmouth, operating in a fast-paced quality driven environment.

The Candidate

Successful applicants must:

  • Be able to inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, verniers, gauges, etc.

  • Familiar with ISIR and FAIR procedures

  • Be able to document an maintain records of measurement and testing.

  • Completion of NCRs and advise on concessions.

  • Must be able to interpret engineering drawing and CAD models.

  • Must be flexible, able to work overtime as and when required.

Role Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum in manufacturing

  • Ideally have experience in measurement Arms using either CMM Manager or PowerInspect

  • Experience with manual CMM

  • Confident user of all measurement tools including verniers, calipers etc.
