The position requires proficiency in Microsoft packages and offers a competitive salary, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Role and responsibilities:

Working as part of the pre-construction team
Reporting into the Estimating Manager
Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates
Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live

Requirements:

Experience working for a main contractor
Experience on commercial refueb projects
Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
