Our client is a reputable London based contractor who specialises in structural alterations. They are now on the lookout for a Construction Project Manager for one of their upcoming projects based in the Portsmouth area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction PM or Senior PM on a similar project
- Cut & Carve Project experience - essential
- Professional qualifications
- Ability to deal with main contractors and other stakeholders
- Fully competent in H&S.
- CSCS Black Card is desirable
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Can work to tight deadlines and budgets
- Good IT skills with the ability to produce programmes, reports and comply with all record keeping in line with industry standards and Company procedures.
