We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager in fire and security, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to fire protection and security systems.

Boden Fire and Security deliver services and project works to the Ministry of Defence and commercial clients at multiple sites in the South West and South East.

Key duties include:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of projects.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Direct responsibility for on time delivery and budget for individual project works.
  • Responsible for scoping, costing and project managing life cycle replacement and client generated additional works.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and produce progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Responsible for all Health and Safety
  • Promote a safety culture and conduct safety inspections on project work activities

Required Skills and experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively.

Desirable:

  • Experience within the Fire and Security industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fire and security systems (fire alarms, access control, CCTV, intruder alarms).
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
