Project Manager - Wastewater

Toro Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading engineering services provider to source a skilled Project Manager. The role of a Project Manager offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative water and wastewater projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement efficient project solutions.
  • Develop specifications, schedules, and requirements for equipment and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality assurance, and company policies throughout project execution.
  • Lead proposal development and manage communication with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or a related field, or substantial project management experience in the water sector.
  • Proven experience managing the technical delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, contracts, and commercial aspects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
