My client is seeking a highly experienced construction project manager for a three-year heritage project in Portsmouth.
The project involves converting existing structures into apartments and constructing luxury new build houses.
Candidates should have experience working for both a developer and a contractor, with heritage or listed works experience being a plus but not essential.
The successful applicant must have managed projects as the lead on schemes valued over £20 million.
Required qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification, with additional professional qualifications being advantageous.

My client is looking for a well experienced construction project manager to deliver a 3 year scheme in Portsmouth.

The scheme is a heritage project with a large conversion into apartments and some luxury new build houses. Ideally the successful candidate will have a had expsore to working for both a developer and a contractor and any experience within heritage or listed works would be beneficial but isnt essential.

You must also have managed schemes as number one on projects in excess of 20Million

Any professional qualifications would also be advantageous
