We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of assigned projects from sales handover through to completion and beyond, ensuring timely delivery within budget while exceeding customer expectations.

You will be instrumental in customer management, internal coordination, and driving continuous improvement in their project management processes.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of Bespoke Special Purpose Machinery, partnered with leading brands across the global packaging and label industry.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including installation and 90-day post-delivery support.
  • Provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders using multiple software tools.
  • Ensure all project documentation complies with quality, statutory, and regulatory standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Host project reviews to monitor progress and address outstanding actions.
  • Identify and upsell opportunities for machine upgrades and spares to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and refine project management processes using Prince2 principles.

Education and Experience

  • Prince2 (or equivalent) accreditation (Desirable)
  • Experience in engineering, automated manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation (drawings, schematics, contracts).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing large capital projects.
  • Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (desirable).
