Our client are a subcontractor specialising in Groundwork, RC Frames, Basements, Structural Alterations and Demolition.
They have an opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager for a new project starting in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background working within the Groundwork (Specifically Internal Drainage) and Structural alteration sectors.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication.
- Ability to read technical drawings is essential.
- Good IT skills
- Approachable manner and ability to work well with others.
Responsibilities
- Manage project from start to finish, ensuring its completed efficiently.
- Ensure compliance and regulations are upheld.
- Manage Schedules, Programmes, RFI's, etc.
- Risk assessment.
- Manage all project documentation
