Your new role:
You will lead on allocated projects, including collaboration with the client, project delivery team and supply chain. This will cover sales/pre-construction, procurement, construction, and commercially aspects. Specifically, this can include:
- Monitoring, controlling and executing the project specific delivery strategy
- Carrying out all pre-construction activities in support of the design
- Influencing the design process to ensure standards and timescales are met
- Completion of project procurements, proposals of plant and proposals of sub-contract partners
- Undertaking the continued coordination, planning and programming of the projects, instigating corrective action where required.
- Taking responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of projects, including daily, weekly, and monthly Company routines, contractual obligations and preparation of financial report
About you:
- Extensive M&E / Building Services background, with an electrical bias
- Varied project experience, but experience on healthcare projects will be beneficial
- Able to influence multi-level project stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Capable of developing those around you to ensure optimal performance on projects
- Comfortable with analysing and reporting financial information to multiple project stakeholders
- Management and Leadership skills - to take ownership of a project, whilst leading the project team throughout the project lifecycle
- Able to demonstrate a high level of competency in identifying and mitigating the risks on opportunities on a project.
