What You'll Do:
- Monitor and assess customer interactions (calls & emails) for quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to scripts, GDPR, and internal policies.
- Provide feedback to agents and team leaders for continuous improvement.
- Identify trends, contribute to reports, and support complaint investigations.
- Stay updated on regulations and collaborate on process improvements.

What We're Looking For:
- Customer service or contact centre experience.
- Quality assurance experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail & compliance knowledge.
- Excellent communication & feedback skills.
- Proficiency with call monitoring tools.
