Our client in Portsmouth has a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. My client are a rapidly growing building services company. Due to commercial growth they are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team. This role suits a Quantity Surveyor looking for something long-term as our client has a many large projects on-going across the UK.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities -

- You will be tasked with preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary paperwork. Analyzing and evaluating contractor and subcontractor tenders.

- Ensuring clients expectations are set and met.

- Adhearing to deadlines and overseeing some large projects.

- Site visits to various clients across the UK when needed.

-Ensuring all project activities comply with local and national laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements -

- 3+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

- An electrical background would be advantageous.

- Full UK Driving License.
