Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established regional main contractor in Hampshire.

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Our client is a highly reputable regional main contractor who undertake projects across an array of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and leisure sectors with projects ranging in value up to 30mil. Projects are administered predominantly via JCT forms of contract and workload is across Hampshire. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager.

Key responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
Involvement in 2-stage tenders from estimator handover
Mentoring junior members of staff

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

Degree / HNC Qualified
Proven track record of managing projects valuing up to 15mil
Involvement in the 2nd stage tender process (Preferential)
Reside in commutable distance to Hampshire

Salary: Up to 70k + Package (negotiable dependent on experience)
