Senior Quantity Surveyor - a large privately owned construction business is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on large-scale design and build projects ranging from 20m to 120m.
The initial development is an industrial / logistics development in Portsmouth valued at 40m.

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification
Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of 75,000 - 85,000
- Company Car or Allowance (6,000)
- Performance Related Bonus (5%)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor as the commercial lead delivering D&B projects (5m+) with a building contractor.
