The Package
Basic Salary: £21,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months)
On Target Earnings: £25,000 - £30,000
Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

So, what is a typical day in the life of a Lettings Negotiator?
- Grabbing that coffee and sharing updates with your colleagues at a daily morning meeting
- Talking to Landlords and Tenants about their property requirements and connecting people with the right properties
- Arranging and attending viewings/open days and providing friendly advice and a welcoming service
- Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance
- Helping customers reach their goals and getting those offers agreed and accepted
- Handing over those keys and seeing customers’ eyes light up on their exciting new journey
