- Basic Salary: £24,000
- On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £45,000

Successfully list a targeted number of properties
- Advise and help vendors to achieve the best price for their home
- Build and maintain relationships with each and every vendor
- Work closely with the sales team to devise the best strategy for identifying potential purchasers
- Deputise for the Branch Manager by holding morning meetings and having one to one sessions with staff

A proven track record at converting valuations into instructions
- An ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, making them feel comfortable and buy in to you as a person
- Drive and determination as well as a get up and go attitude
- Able to follow and implement the companies core values
- A full UK driving licence
The Package
- Basic Salary - £24,000 (OTE £35,000 - £45,000)
