We're seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Portsmouth based client's team!
You will be managing a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties along the South Coast.
This role is perfect for a Property Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering a great service!
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage property finances and budgets.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and leaseholders.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate maintenance and contractor services.
- Prepare reports and attend key meetings.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential and mixed-use property management.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of building maintenance and legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
