A fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected independent company in the Portsmouth area. Our client is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their growing team to work within a very successful office.The ideal candidate will already have worked in the property industry for a few years and will have a great aptitude to produce results. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Handling enquiries
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating and handling sales from offer to completion
- Progressing Sales
- Marketing & Business Generation
- Alternate weekend working
Using your great communication skills you will be expert in updating the team on business opportunities and contributing in the team meetings. Exceptional service is paramount to maintain the widely known and respected standards of the business.Although this is a sales job, a polite and persuasive nature is an advantage. You should be confident and possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as being able to work well on your own initiative and part of a cohesive team. A basic salary of c.£25k - £30k depending on experience is offered with an OTE of £40k - £45k.
