Location: PortsmouthPosition: 4-5 days Dental Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Be the first point of contact for patients, offering a warm and professional welcome to ensure an excellent first impression.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely reminders to keep our practice running smoothly.
  • Patient Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide necessary information to patients regarding services, insurance, and treatment plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside our dentists, hygienists, and other support staff to ensure seamless patient care and a positive office environment.
