We are recruiting for people to join our teams in the role of Hub Host. In this role you will be the first point of contact for visitors at our centre, and for enquiries in person and via telephone. You will lead site administration, including having responsibility for managing referrals and bookings, petty cash, gathering feedback, monitoring security on site, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You’ll ensure the hub looks welcoming, and that meeting rooms are prepared for daily bookings.
Location: 2 roles (1 x Portsmouth and 1 x Southampton)
Salary: £23,000 - £28,500 per annum
We are looking for people who have a clean DBS and have: Â Â Â Â
- Experience in a customer-focused environment, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide best-in-class service to all clients, both internal and external, with a professional and efficient telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills, with a dynamic and self-motivated approach to prioritising tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily Hub activities.
- Competence in using office systems to book and manage referrals, and to monitor and update compliance records.
- The ability to use their initiative, embrace change, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a passion for the charitable aims of our organisation. Â
