Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Recruiter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment. As an Apprentice Recruiter, you will support the recruitment process from start to finish, gaining invaluable experience and training along the way.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in writing and posting job adverts across various platforms.

- Screen applications to identify suitable candidates.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.

- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Strong interest in a career in recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
