We’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join their growing HR Division. Sector experience is not essential but naturally preferable.

Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant in their HR sector, you'll manage a warm desk with a strong existing client base.

You will be responsible for matching the right candidates to perm HR roles, ensuring both clients and candidates receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Candidate Sourcing: Attract, screen, and place high-quality temporary candidates in commercial roles.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding our client base.
• Account Management: Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with informed recruitment solutions.
